From the moment I met Kim I knew she was right for the job. Kim helped me create the perfect forever home, following the purchase of our 1947 bungalow. She saw my vision and helped me create something better than I could have imagined. She is warm, level headed and truly wants what her clients want. She is a treasure.

Kim was incredible to work with for our home renovation. Our home needed to be refreshed and updated from the style from the early 2000's. We met with Kim and she put together an idea package for our home. KLD Interiors cut out walls, sand down our hardwood floors and stained them a lighter colour, as well as retiled floors, kitchen backsplash and created a modern new fireplace and then painted the entire house and baseboards. Kim finished it all off with her creative knack and redecorated with new artwork, pillows, updated new lighting throughout the house, an area rug and accessories. Our experience working with Kim and her team of trades was very professional. Kim stopped by our home everyday to see the progress. The trades people cleaned up everyday after their work was done which made living at home during the renovation much easier. Our home now looks amazing and is exactly how we imagined the outcome would look like. It was a pleasure working with Kim as she made the whole process run smoothly. KLD Interiors did a major renovation of our 1981 house. I cannot say enough good things about the transformation of my house. It finally feels like mine. Kim oversaw every aspect of the project, daily visits to check progress, picking the perfect materials, and adding the finishing touches at the end. I couldn’t be happier.

Kim was wonderful to work with. She was our interior designer for our new build, and she clearly knows what she is doing. Our house looks absolutely stunning from top to bottom, inside through to the outside! The other important quality in Kim is that she really listens to her clients and gets to know what their tastes truly are. She never makes you feel as if your space is not yours, and she is also very mindful of the budget!

We absolutely love the finished result of our home renovation! Kim worked with us to get a feel for what we liked and what was important to our family and we left many of the selections to her. We have worked with Kimberly Dyck on a number of projects. When you work in the industry you quickly begin to appreciate which designers are talented and know their stuff, and Kimberly is one of those designers. Not only does she design spaces that are drop-dead gorgeous, but she clearly cares about her clients. She is concerned not just with the overall "look" of a space, but also about the smallest details. Not only that, but Kim is a good-natured down-to-earth person and just a real pleasure to work with.

Kim with KLD Interiors was fantastic! We contacted her for a consultation to see if our ideas were even a possibility and the renovation we got was more than we could have imagined! She made herself available at every step, helped us with every decision and helped us be a part of the process. She is creative, knowledgable and talented with what she does. Love it or list it? Renovate or relocate? It took us at least 5 years, show home after show home…but in the end, it was Kimberly that help us feel like we could achieved what we were look for all this time. She let us take our time, let us bounce ideas off her, and most importantly she listened. Once we got ‘serious’ she was there every step of the way. From helping us hone in on what we liked, and making sections that fit within our budget. I think she enjoyed the process as much as we did. Once the design had been signed off, she walked us though the endless picking of materials and managed every detail. I was surprised how easily she nailed it. From the cabinets to the counters, she knew exactly what we were after. During construction, she was there daily with a gigantic coffee in hand and a huge smile on her face. Like a kid on Christmas morning, it was almost like it was her own kitchen! Now that we are done, with the kitchen of our dream, I secretly miss Kimberly around the house..I’m looking forward to our next project with her!
