I’ve been extremely disappointed with SRC. We hired SRC to oversee a large renovation project. Shayne and his team blew the timeline, installed things out of order, failed to follow the design specifications that were clearly laid out by the designer and most importantly created an environment that fostered an incredible amount of mold growth. SRC allowed the temperature inside the house to spike over 100 degrees with 84% humidity. It resulted in three different types of toxic molds growing inside the house and will cost a fortune to remediate. The more I dig into SRC’s work product the more problems I uncover. Truly reprehensible company. STAY AWAY!

We renovated our home with SRC in the summer of 2022. The work was completed quickly, which was great. But there were so many problems along the way. Design plans for built ins were not followed, handles were placed crooked, flooring upstairs had to be changed bc they said the original we had wanted was not what they had estimated and would take more time and money, grout colors in showers do not match…the list could go on and on. The worst part was the wood used for the decorative shiplap on walls upstairs. It was clearly NEVER shiplap and has warped twice in two years and now they are refusing to repair. I would NOT recommend using them to anyone.

Do yourself a huge favor…..move on and find another company for your project! This has been the absolute worst experience. So many things had to be redone because of shoddy work and taking short cuts. The quality of work, communication, and customer service should be an embarrassment to any owner or company employee yet to them it seemed to be acceptable.

I've worked with Shane and Shelley on several projects. They are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for in home improvement. Their designs have been beautiful and they constantly work to try to save budget dollars on my projects. The work has been completed on time each time in a very high quality manner. That is why I choose to work with SRC.
