With each new client, a dream home becomes reality. Who We Are Rick and Lin have lived in Chattanooga, TN for more than 18 years. They have three children and six grandchildren. Rick’s wife Lin provides complimentary design services to all of our customers. This service includes everything from choosing paint colors, sink styles, custom trim moldings, plumbing fixtures, and lighting. As a hands-on builder, Rick is personally involved in all aspects of every home from design to finish, preferring to maintain total control over every project. In order to do this, Rick is on site every day. “I take a personal interest and extreme pride in every home I build,” he says. Future homeowners can discuss ideas directly with Rick – there are no project managers or other go-betweens, so the service is direct and personal. Community We believe in being a part of our community…and we believe in giving back to our community. Big Whiskey Land & Cattle Co. is a proactive community builder. We sponsor school functions, youth sports programs, and non-profits throughout the area. We support and have given money and our time to many community non-profit organizations. We are politically active and are environmentally-conscious builders who live, eat, and work among our neighbors.
