Our 29 year old kitchen needed a face lift and we originally planned to manage it ourselves through a big box store. Then I decided having someone to coordinate everything would be best. I saw good reviews about Christian and her team at Convict Hill Flooring so my husband and I went to her storefront. Very quickly we were comfortable with her expertise and liked the fact that she has worked with all her contractors for many years. We also heard about a real estate agent who uses her for all his renovation projects and highly recommended her. She and all her crews (flooring, tile, counter tops, painters, electrician, plumber) were excellent. She helped us make our choices and worked to coordinate the work in as short a time period as possible She provided good direction and info and was always extremely responsive when we had questions or issues. We would definitely use her again for a future project. For this one we had new wood like tile put in our laundry, kitchen and dining areas; new tile in entry; had existing cabinets painted in kitchen, laundry, and two baths; new sinks, faucets and counter tops in kitchen, bar, and two baths; new tile back splash in kitchen; the back door replaced, and appliances installed. It's not fun to go through a remodel, but she and her team certainly made it manageable and as pleasant as possible. Christian knows her stuff and is a professional who can be trusted. We are very happy with the results and the fresh look and it is my pleasure to recommend her.

Christian and her team repaired/remodeled a bathroom. The entire team was professional and amazing. Christian worked really hard to blend the new with the old, and stayed within our budget. While we were a small project, we never felt small. There was always someone available to answer questions, handle any issue that arose or simply reassure us. The selection of products was fantastic and the design support was perfect. These folks really listen to you and are able to come up with the perfect plan. We love that bathroom!

Christian and her team repaired portions of my home after an appliance flooded into multiple rooms. She was very thorough in her estimate for the insurance adjuster. The sub-contractors were prompt, courteous and very respectful of our home. The areas that were repaired are better than new! The customer service is outstanding and I will definitely use Christian for my future remodeling needs.

This was our first experience with the remodeling process and Christian and her staff made it as easy as possible for us first-timers. Our project included wooden floors throughout the downstairs and new countertops and tile work in the kitchen. The project took 9 working days, as Christian had predicted, and there was no downtime between the various crews. The crews arrived as planned each day, worked throughout the day and were very professional. The craftsmanship was very impressive and we are thrilled with the results. Also the level of communication with Christian and Brad was exceptional and we quickly learned that if we had a question, we would hear back from one of them typically within an hour if not sooner. Considering they were dealing with customers with engineering and accounting backgrounds, they came to expect questions from us on a regular basis and never failed to get back with us, in a cheerful and professional manner. These guys did a really good job and it was a pleasure working with them.

Christian did a very thorough job of quoting our kitchen remodel, and was very prompt with communication and adjustments before the job began. All of the sub-contractors that worked on the job were very professional, and did excellent work. A few small clean-up issues were taken care of promptly, and we are very happy with the final outcome!

Christian Gribble and her team did an amazing job on our home remodel. They removed all of the popcorn ceilings, painted, laid all new hardwood floors and installed a new Silestone countertop in the kitchen. Her team was always on time and professional. We are so happy with the quality of their work.

These guys replaced tile and carpet with beautiful hardwood before we moved into our new house. The floors are amazing, the crew was dependable and professional, and the job was finished when they said it would be finished. There's not much more you can ask for from a flooring company! We had water damage due to a broken pipe in our kitchen. Carpet and wood floors all damaged. Service was fantastic for selecting good quality products at a very reasonable price. So reasonable we decided to do additional work beyond the flood damage. The timing for all the demolition and install was perfect and minimized the inconvenience of remodeling. Christian and Brad were extremely knowledgeable and helpful on all aspects of the tile, wood and carpet install. The house looks amazing and we get complements from everyone that visits. We would highly recommend and will be back for any future flooring needs.

Convict Hill Floor Covering has done several remodeling jobs for the fire department I work for and a kitchen and bath remodel for my home. All work was satisfactory and I would recommend Convict Hill for any kitchen, bath of floor covering job you might have.
