Framed Image has functioned as fabricators for Falling Water's projects for over 15 years . We have had the privilege of working with Falling Water on projects ranging from Custom Framed Mirrors with embedded lighting wall sconces to One-of-a Kind Museum 22 Karat Picture Frames for Museum Quality Artwork and Custom Mount Making for Historical Artifacts. The projects we have undertaken for Falling Water have encompassed Historic to Current Contemporary. I hired Joanie for a remodel of an apartment in an older building, looking for a professional with work experience and resources in Denver, CO. I wanted to be very involved in the decision-making of my project for the end result to feel centered around my tastes and preferences. Joanie gave me the room to do this always with her professional eye on the project. She had knowledge and experience with the top professional resources in the city, connecting us with all necessary subcontractors for kitchen, baths, carpets/rugs, furniture, lighting, window coverings, etc. She was efficient with communication and deadlines, precise with orders, always responding quickly with an attitude of genuine interest and concern for the direction of the project. Her biggest help came in the kitchen suggesting an all-white, clean and modern look. This was new to me and ultimately it has proven wonderful in its simplicity. She always stressed simplicity, something a novice should heed! At the start, I had no end result in mind and she was able to help shape my ideas into its ultimate design, a place to call my own.

Joanie has worked with us on several projects over the course of the last 10 years and has been great to deal with. She has a great eye as well as experience to help see large projects through to completion. As a subcontractor, I have also always appreciated Joanie's communication during the process and I am sure she is doing the same thing on the customer side of the equation as well. She is top notch!

Joanie was a blast to work with! She contacted me to collaborate on a Loft Deck Design in Downtown Denver. She allowed me to create and work one on one with the client on this project. She allowed me to give her feedback on the client's expectation. Joanie was very open to listening to the needs of the customer while also being firm in setting a direction to keep the client focused to their expectations. She was a strong collaborator.
