Where do I start?! Every day I wake up, step out of bed onto my amazing new floor, and I can't help but think of the team at Warren Christopher. The think that I can't stress enough is the experience that they provide to their customer. From the moment I walked into the showroom, I was instantly captivated by the elegant beauty and set up, with the stunning hardwood elegantly displayed with style. The sales team worked with us to find the exact floor that suited our style, taste, and functional needs: to say that they completely exceeded our every expectation is an understatement. Their customer service, attention to detail, communication throughout the process was outstanding. The install was some of the highest quality work I have seed, truly perfection. We shopped the big box stores, the outlet stores, online, before wandering into the store front on a whim one afternoon, and we are truly ecstatic that we found Warren Christopher. Their quality and customer service with a family feel makes them simply the best in the business.

Chris Caves, Missy Kovach and the Warren Christopher team are outstanding professionals to work with in wood flooring. In addition to their huge selection of flooring, they are highly service oriented. When job-site issues arise they have the experience and knowledge to make sure what needs to be done gets done. From the leveling of the different floors, to the somewhat complicated, picture-framed, mitered stair treads on this project, they delivered in every way!

First I want to thank Warren Christopher and in particular Melissa for the great job they did on our home. We were introduced to Melissa by the Leo Parrella Design Group who were responsible for the overall design of our remodel. The scope of the job included the removal of the existing flooring, prepping the sub flooring and installing 3200 sq ft of Engineered European Oak Flooring. We had some unique installation challenges that required a high degree of craftsmanship.

Jesse and his team at Warren Christopher replaced our hardwood floors that were damaged beyond repair by another flooring company. After our terrible experience with the previous contractor Jesse calmed our fears, addressed our concerns, and recommended a plan to replace all the floors. He then sent his teams into demo the previous floors in our entire upstairs and master bedroom, install all new beautiful hardwood floors and attend to our every need. We highly recommend Warren Christopher for your hardwood flooring needs. Professional, reliable and courteous. TOP NOTCH!

Our project to replace our wood floors with new included 1) demolition of the old floor 2) preparation of the concrete 3) installation of a moisture barrier 4) installation of approximately 1100 sq ft of new floor and 5) finally the trim mouldings. I must say that all steps had continuity and the new floor is absolutely fabulous! The job was left very clean.

I cannot express how impressed and satisfied I was with Missy Caves and Warren Christopher in Corona Del Mar. When I visited their showroom I was so impressed with their beautiful display and the customer service was excellent. I wanted to see all my options for hardwood floors and because we have a lot of foot traffic in our home and 2 cats, I needed to find new hardwood flooring that could put up with a lot of wear and tear. Missy my Sales Representative took into consideration our budget and needs. The work crew could not have been nicer or more efficient. They arrived at our home promptly at 8 am and worked diligently until 4 pm. They were careful and gave great attention to detail. I heartily recommend them. We couldn't be more satisfied!

We really disliked our existing floors. When we flooded several rooms, we decided not to replace them with the same flooring we had. Warren Christopher helped us figure out what we really wanted, took a sample we provided of our existing floors and turned it into the new finish (sanded, refinished with different coloring and the seal). After the sample they resurfaced the floor of a closet so we could check our choice again, but in our home. We were able to move into a detached guest room while they did the house, so they actually finished the guest room first so we could live there. They stayed on schedule, and we loved the guys who came to do the work. They also connected us with high-quality demolition people who removed the damaged flooring first. They worked more cleanly than what we've seen before, and they returned after the floors were completed to check on the work. Can't say enough good. We sure would use them again.

Melissa Kovach has done 3 wood floor projects for me. Each project she demonstrated a superb knowledge of her product, a helpful and honest demeanor and extraordinary availability and professionalism. I highly recommend Christioher Warren for this reason.
