Abel Schoeman and Hennie Schoeman Jr. completely renovated all 3 of our bathrooms and we could not be more pleased! They are not only great contractors but they are great people. The Schoeman's are professional, trustworthy, caring, and courteous. They included us in every decision and never took short cuts. Everything was done "the right way". They also completed many other jobs around the house. Abel and Hennie Jr. installed shiplap on walls, installed new ceiling fans and completed trim work, among other things. They never said no to me (Ha Ha). I felt very safe being in my home while they worked and even leaving them in the home when we were away. Their employee, Tien, is also fantastic. The guys would complete their work and Tien would come in and work his magic to finish everything. We also used all of their recommendations for suppliers - countertops, tile, plumbing, cabinets, glass, etc. Everything turned out wonderful and exceeded our expectations. I will call them again if I thing of ANYTHING else I want to do to my home!!

We had an amazing experience with Schoeman Enterprises on our master bathroom remodel! From the first day of the quick and neat demo to the final days of the immaculate painting, the team was efficient, professional, and detail-oriented. The quality of all work was outstanding! I love all of our tile work!! the electrical, plumbing, drywall and painting were all done beautifully. Daily communication was excellent, that sets them far above many!! We made the right choice in deciding on Schoeman Construction for our laundry and scullery remodel! These rooms were 35 years old and receiving their first facelifts! The Schoemans were so helpful in planning and guiding us toward products needed. The communication was top notch, and their punctuality was so appreciated. We knew immediately that not only were these guys so knowledgeable and professional, but we also felt so comfortable having them come and go even while we were not at home. I love the way these rooms turned out! I have included a picture of an ingenious disguise of my washer plumbing! I wanted to hide the unsightly handles but have it accessible if the water ever needed to be turned off to the washer. I had a vision of how to do this and the Schoemans made it happen! It's not easy to hear an idea and then turn it into a reality but they did it! I would not hesitate to have Schoeman Construction take the helm of any future projects we want to do!

Schoeman Construction remodeled our bathroom 3 years ago. Our bathroom turned out magnificently with an extra-large walk-in white and gray shower, off-set by beautiful hand-crafted gray bathroom cabinets. So when we decided to remodel our kitchen, Schoeman Construction was the only contractor we considered. We knew we would receive the highest quality workmanship from a dependable, family-owned, trustworthy company. From the beginning to the end of our kitchen remodel, we were updated on the work completed that day, provided projected plans for the following day, and given time for questions and answers. Based on their many years of experience, Hennie and sons Abel and Hennie Jr., had a wealth of knowledge and expertise. I was reluctant to give up my tiered countertop for a flat countertop. Hennie Sr. discussed the differences in appearance, size, and functionality between the tiered and flat designs. I was so happy that I chose the flat countertop. It gave me more counter space, enhanced the kitchen size, and accentuated the entire kitchen. Our kitchen had a small, odd shaped area that we were at a loss on how to adapt to our new kitchen. Abel had exceptional creativity and design skills. He created an eye-catching nook that provided extra counter space and a unique upper shelf with under the shelf lighting. The nook fit perfectly and gave the impression that it was planned in the original design. We were totally pleased with our kitchen and will choose Schoeman Construction for any future remodeling plans. We highly recommend Hennie and sons for your next home remodeling project.

This is the second time I have used Hennie. Ten years ago, Schoeman Construction replaced my bathroom, and it still looks new. The tile work is beautiful. After shopping around with various contractors to replace my kitchen, I decided to go with Schoeman Construction, because I knew it would be done to perfection and on schedule. Despite the interruption of two hurricanes, five days without power, and a change order I requested, Schoeman Construction was always moving forward when possible. The kitchen looks beautiful, and the cabinets are much more spacious than off-the-shelf cabinets and by far better quality. In addition, Hennie was able to save my quartz countertops which saved a lot of money. They are a nice family business you can trust.

We selected Schoeman Construction to completely renovate our master bathroom. We were impressed with them from the first time we called, because they actually answered the phone! They always promptly responded when we contacted them for any reason. This is the kind of customer service that is seldom found any more. Our master bathroom was completely torn out and re-done, and we received an estimate for every part of the project before the construction started. This is a very dependable, family-owned and operated local business, and all of their workers are reliable, highly skilled, long-term employees. They have all the necessary vendors available for you to select the tile, granite, fixtures, or anything else needed, but you can also buy anything you like, from anywhere, and they will install. We had a totally new, walk-in shower and a bathtub installed, which involved moving some of the plumbing. We also had them remove and replace all of the existing ceramic floor and wall tile in the bathroom and the adjoining closet area, and install a new toilet, granite-topped vanity and landscape mirror in the bathroom, and also had the room re-painted. In addition, they also installed a new, exterior door, new window sills inside, replacing old wood in the walls, and built new sills for the outsides of the windows. We also had them install two new hot water heaters. This project took a few months, but the level of workmanship is outstanding, and the room is now beautiful, besides being outfitted with the safety features of non-slip floor tile and grab bars. A member of the Schoeman team always let us know when the workers would be coming, and they always arrived when they said they would. We highly commend Schoeman Construction for their reliability and the quality of the work they do, and would definitely recommend them!

I highly recommend Schoeman Construction. Both Hennie and Abel were a pleasure to work with and I was continually impressed with the attention to detail, quality of work, and how smooth the entire process went. We had them do a full condo remodel (kitchen, 2 bathrooms, bedroom floors, moved walls to create larger closets, new lighting/electrical, etc) and the final result is amazing. We were out of town during the entire project and Abel did a great job of communicating all the details, always getting our input via pictures/videos, working with the condo staff and making sure that everything was in order. On my visits to Tampa, I had a chance to meet the pros working on the unit and always had a good experience and impression of everyone involved in the Schoeman team. I have worked with many contractors in the past and Schoeman Construction was by far the best experience. I would trust them with any future project I may have.

Thank you guys for the great job on mom's apartment above our garage. She loves it and everyone is just amazed at the quality of the work. We actually don't call it an apartment but "Presidential Suite".

Schoeman construction team are the easiest and most professional group of individuals we have worked with. We hired them to renovate our condo kitchen. Super craftsmanship. The part they made easy was we lived 900 miles away! They kept in constant touch with phone calls,text messages and pictures every day they were there. We had a few bumps but they were always ready with a suggestion to remedy the problem. Highly recommend them especially if you can’t be present during the project
