Our project was a redesign/renovation of the primary bedroom, laundry area, outside front entry and external walls (stone). In the planning stage, Becky was generous with her time over multiple meetings. Her designs were detailed and clear, combining beautiful design, structural integrity and practical function. Her experience helped choose excellent materials, and a contractor (LHI Construction – that’s a different review but suffice it to say they were perfect). Pantuso architecture is very hands on. We had weekly meetings which included the contractor throughout the length of the project. Very helpful for heading off any future problems. At one point, we decided to replace an aging roof. At considerable cost of her time, Becky was able to achieve an additional discount on DaVinci tiles. Becky promised us a beautiful, elegant result. She did not disappoint! And… it was fun! It wasn’t luck that we were on budget with no major problems, It was Pantuso Architecture working with LHI. Becky gave us a result that was eminently better than our original dream

We first got to know and work with Becky a number of years ago when we did a major renovation of our 1847 farmhouse. (Western Reserve Farmhouse II on this site). Our home is old and quirky and we had lots of ideas about the project as well as concerns about changing things. Becky was the best partner ever. She’s incredibly creative and visionary while always respectful of her clients’ particular personality and style. The result was magical. This past year we re-engaged Becky and team to renovate a smaller farmhouse on our property. Again there were concerns about changing the nature of a very old and charming structure. Becky created an addition that looks as if it has always been there. We cannot give her a high enough recommendation.

The Pantuso team has been excellent to work with. Their design process has been efficient and creative; they have been invaluable in overseeing all phases of our project through completion. They are very skilled at navigating the bureaucracy involved with approvals in our area of Ohio and always seem to be two steps ahead of the process. Becky and Derek did a first class job on our project in 2024. We added a first floor primary with office and a gym in the basement below. They were hard working, honest on economics, and laid out a great plan for our GC to follow. Throughout the project they were also available and willing to do whatever to make things go well, including on site visits or calls. We often receive compliments on how the addition looks like it was always there and that was Becky and Derek’s vision from day 1. It also fit what we wanted as well.
