EPG Homes completed an extensive 9 month renovation of a 1970s house for me. Since I was located in another state I had to put my trust in Evan and Johnny. They understood my vision and provided invaluable advice to improve the functionality of the original plan. They were conscious of balancing my budget with desire for quality finishes. They did this extremely well. I feel very fortunate to have found such a professional contractor for a project of this magnitude. They were honest, reliable, and always looked out for my best interests. I am VERY happy with the results. Every component of the house has been replaced and thoroughly modernized. It looks wonderful and is a safe and comfortable home.

Building a home with EPG Homes was the best experience we’ve had—and this was our fourth new construction! From start to finish, the process felt thoughtful, personalized, and fun. Evan and Haley were incredible to work with. They really took the time to sit down with us and talk through everything—from floor plan layouts to exterior finishes to interior details. They truly listen, and their advice and insight were always spot-on. They’re super in touch with current trends and come up with smart, custom touches we never would’ve thought of. Our project manager, Johnny, was just as impressive. He walked us through the house regularly and explained each step in a way that was easy to understand. He kept us updated through the builder app with tons of pictures, which was so reassuring and exciting to see. After going through multiple home builds over the years, EPG Homes truly stands out. The experience was smooth, collaborative, and incredibly rewarding. We can’t recommend them enough!

If you want a honest, quality and exception home and buying experience go with Evan and EPG. We purchased a home through EPG a little over 2 years ago. Alongside a high quality home, the level of service that you purchase is matched by none. EPG cares about their brand and about how their customers interact throughout all stages prior to the sale and even after the home warranty expires. I will never purchase a home in and around Chattanooga unless it is an EPG home because of our experience and I would highly encourage anyone reading this on the fence to give them a chance, you won’t regret it!

We had to opportunity to tour unfinished homes from two different builders in the Hummingbird Village subdivision. We saw the work of the other builder first, and it was quite nice, and we were discussing the possibility of making an offer - the realtor insisted we look at the EPG homes as well, and boy are we glad we did. From the moment we stepped in the house, you could see the superior workmanship and care that was put into the design features and floor plan. It was open and bright. We made an offer on the spot! As the construction finished, we were super happy with the finishes - Evan and his wife are great designers as well. Finally, Johnny and his team has been extraordinarily responsive as we finished out the punch list and waited on final touches. I highly recommend EPG!

We lost our home in the tornado in April. A friend recommended EPG Homes and I am so glad I listened. They made the entire process of rebuilding easy and the results are beautiful. While we didn't hire EPG homes initially, we lucked out on getting one of their new builds. Once our offer on a construction-in-process home was accepted, the communication and work was great. They allowed us to pick out some paint colors, countertops, etc... and honestly, the choices they made WITHOUT us are some of our favorites! (ie: the white subway tile backsplash and shaker cabinets) The team made closing a seamless process, and the care they put into making sure the home was move-in ready did not go unnoticed. We are grateful for all the love and hardwork EPG put into our new home.

Where do I begin. Evan and Heath were timely, professional, and responsive. They put the same care into our home that they have put into their own homes. Everything ranging from the overall structure to the finest detail was quality work. If a friend or family member was wanting to build, I would give them Evan’s number. If I decide to build again, I will call Evan. We had a baby boy that was due to be born near the time of closing, so Evan deliberately sped up the whole construction process to accommodate the baby. Easily 5/5 stars.

EPG Homes worked with us to remodel the entire home inside and out to make our dream a reality. I am speechless every time that I walk in my beautiful kitchen. Evan Greene, Heath Slaten, and EPG went above and beyond. They accommodated some curveball requests that I had for my home, and have come back 3-4 times to ensure that the job was finished well. Anyone can claim to be a builder these days, but EPG followed through on their word, and gave me an incredible finished product. Would not hesitate to build with them again.

EPG Homes recently completed a new 3bd/2bath home for us that will used as a rental property in the very sought after Downtown Chattanooga area. From the demolition of the existing structure to the point of putting up the mailbox, we could not have been happier. Evan Greene was a wealth of knowledge in all areas of the build and kept a close eye on the progress. He was very conscious of staying within the budget we had agreed on from the beginning and even helped us find out first renters! As people stopped to inquire about the house as it was being built, he passed along our contact information. Our house is the cutest one on the street and we continually get complements from the neighbors. We hope to build another investment home with EPG in 2020.

Evan and his team are the best! Evan's ability to manage each project and pay attention to every little detail while sticking to a timeline exceeded any expectations I had. A big bonus: he was always easy to get in touch with and quick to respond to my (many) questions. When searching for my first home I fell in love with a home he was building, but it was mid-construction. Working with him to choose finishes (hardwood stain, paint colors, lighting fixtures, etc) was easy and he was always helpful with providing recommendations. He was (and still is more than 6 year later!) quick to respond if I have questions.
