RJB Construction worked on our home doing major construction including: a room addition, moving and adding windows, new wood flooring and tile throughout the entire upper level and stairs, wall R & R with modern shelving in LR and new fireplace in bedroom and made 2 matching mantels (one with custom made corbels) over existing and new fireplace, 1/2 wall banister R&R with wrought iron railings, R & R all window casings, and baseboards, carefully removed custom stained glass from previous home and built a window for it in bed room, and 3-Giant windows in LR as well as re-roofed the entire house! This company is reliable and I can't express enough the high integrity of RJB to get the job done right and stick to the estimated completion times. You will be very happy with the outcome should you use Affordable views for your project.

Description of work: I contracted with Affordable View -RJB Construction twice: In June of 2016 to complete a sunroom addition on the house with an attached composite deck and in May 2017 for siding replacement and exterior house painting. Experience: Rob was always on time and very responsive throughout the entire project. He communicated expectations, project status, needs, issues, and changes that would impact design, cost., or timeline. His crew of workers were professional, respectful and delivered quality construction. I was especially impressed with Rob's efficiency, flexibility, and quick action when we were hit with a major hail storm during the construction. Lastly, Rob was very patient with me when I changed some design elements in the process and was able to provide valuable input on decisions for the project. In both jobs, Rob's final billing was in-line with his estimate and the applicable changes we made along the way. No surprises at the end- just a quality final product that I can enjoy and adds value to my property.

We have utilized Rob Brennen and Affordable Views for several major renovations. Coordinating his installation of 2 skylights with a roofing contractor to ensure that the roofing warranty would be valid, addition of a window in our living room, removal of a pony wall between our kitchen and dining area, tiling the kitchen, constructing a movable kitchen island to our specifications, adding a full bathroom in our basement and other smaller projects. Rob stays on top of the project ensuring that timelines are met and work is completed to his high standards. We will never use another contractor and highly recommend Rob and Affordable View.

Rob, the owner and general contractor, handled all our needs. Accurate estimate, purchased all materials and completed four jobs for us. All jobs were completed in a timely manner. Will use again and recommend.

We contracted with Rob from Affordable Views ( RJB Construction) to build a gable patio cover attached to the existing roof after talking to a couple other companies. Rob is very technical and right away understands what we have in mind and listens to the customer. He is very prompt in returning phone calls and emails and came to the job site everyday. He and his team were courteous and professional and did a very good job. We will surely go with Rob for our next project.

We had an old porch that was in bad shape. We contacted Rob who came out, gave us an estimate, made some suggestions, and answered all of our questions. He basically had to start from scratch, but the new Trex porch looks wonderful. He completed it in a timely fashion and was always professional and available to answer any questions we had.

Renovation of exterior wall, addition of sunroom, large deck expansion. Project was completed on time and on budget. RJB Construction handled all items professionally and thoroughly. Highly recommend this contractor.

Rob has done quite a bit of work for us and we couldn't be happier. He remodeled our kitchen, built a front porch, replaced windows and stuccoed our home. He was always prompt, responsive to our concerns, and was great at trouble-shooting any and all issues that inevitably popped up. We would highly recommend Rob!

We first hired Affordable View in 2006 to take over a garage addition project after another contractor had disappeared on us. Rob immediately jumped in and completed our project both on time and on budget. To this day people come and ask us how we are the only three car garage house in the sub division as our addition looks exactly like it was built with our house back in 1985. A few months ago we decided to undertake a project to update our house. We chose Rob again and are just finishing up a 3 month project that included updating and fully remodeling 3 bathrooms, removing and installing over 600 feet of hardwood, sanding and staining over 1300 sq ft of hardwood, all new paint, new electrical and lighting. Rob and the guys he uses are supurb, always going the extra step to make sure that things are exactly the way we visioned they would be. Rob is a phenomenal General Contractor and takes pride in the work he and his men perform. We couldn't be happier and I will absolutely use Rob for my next project.
