Larry Folk, ALA is a registered Architect in the state of Ohio and also operates a licensed architectural firm in South Carolina. My architectural firms specialize in custom/semi-custom single family, empty-nester, major additions/renovations, multifamily homes and light commercial projects. I have over 50 years of experience designing homes and working with some of the best builders in the greater central Ohio area as well as on Seabrook and Kiawah Islands in South Carolina. I have been involved with the design and building of 100’s of homes, from production entry level homes to custom homes, in the most prestigious communities. Over the years I have won numerous design awards from the National Association of Home Builders, the Ohio Home Builders Association and my local Building Industry Association of Central Ohio. Whether it’s new construction, remodeling, additions, or renovation of existing homes, my goal is to create a space uniquely designed for you.
