I am sharing my experience to caution others before hiring this landscaping/tree removal company. We hired this company to remove several trees including stump removal and full cleanup of the area. The company later claimed the job was complete. Unfortunately, the work was not completed as agreed. Two trees behind our fence were never removed, and none of the stumps were taken out despite being part of the original agreement. When this was brought to the owner’s attention, he denied the agreed scope of work and requested additional payment, stating he would return at a later time to finish—something that was never discussed or agreed upon. Since then, there has been no follow-up, no resolution, and no response to multiple calls and messages requesting completion of the work. In addition, the work that was performed resulted in damage to our fence and lawn, which has not been addressed. This experience has been extremely disappointing due to the lack of professionalism, failure to honor the agreement, and poor communication. Do not use this company—they are not responsible. I strongly encourage others to: •Get all agreements clearly documented in writing •Verify licensing and insurance •Avoid making full payment until all work is completed Please proceed with caution when considering this company for any services.

Justin did a great job in selecting bushes that went together. He pulled out the ones that were almost dead and planted nice new roses and other like-colored ones. Everything was mulched and so far so good. I would recommend his service.
