Would not hire again. Company’s designer seemed great when she came out to design closet except when installers came they realized (after getting halfway through the installation) that she didn’t account for an electrical box. So the design had to be modified on the spot in ways I specifically wanted to avoid. Incorporating this change made the installation take much longer and the rep who assisted did not appreciate the issue with modifying the design in certain ways or how much longer everything took.

Exceptional service from design through installation. The project was a home built on speculation. The closets made a huge Impression and helped seal the deal.

Everything from design to installation went smoothly. My designer worked with me to get just what I wanted and was very patient with my many questions and requests. Communication was great and scheduling easy throughout the process. Both visits to my home were on time. Looking forward to doing another project in the near future.

I contacted California Closets for help in making extra space in my tiny walk in closet. They did a total transformation of my space and made it much roomier than I could have ever imagined. The process from start to finish was exceptional. I am more than pleased with the end result and I will be contacting them again for more home ideas. Keep up the good work!

This is the second project by CC. The first was our office approximately 5 years ago. This year, we hired them to install/redo our master closet. Major renovation project of our bed/bath/closet. CC came in and helped me design a beautiful, efficient closet. One day install, total clean up - beautiful work.

My closet designer Amanda Purchiss was wonderful. She listened to my needs and designed to them. She WILL be coming back for another project. The office staff kept me informed on my payment and installation. The team that came to install was wonderful. Trevor and Stone were the starting team and from the beginning I could tell I was in good hands. They removed their shoes and treated my home as their own. They invited me to snoop throughout the installation and when completed explained how to open doors and adjust shelves and watched as I did it myself. They cleaned the job site thoroughly when they left. You would never have known they were there except for the new closets. The way my second bedroom closet was made, they wanted to install the new closet and then take measurements for two of the doors to make sure they were exact. So the second team came back a couple weeks later with the remaining two doors. Evan and Ryan, again, removed their shoes upon entering my home. They were just as awesome as Trevor and Stone, and the area was cleaned thoroughly before they left. I am so impressed with my new closets, the look, the quality, the functionality ... AWESOME!

Excellent experience and awesome closets! The installation team was OUTSTANDING! My installation took three days to complete, and they arrived on time each day. They were friendly and professional and did a GREAT job installing the closets. They were also clean and took their shoes off to keep my new carpets dirt-free. I really appreciated that extra effort. The closets look really good. California Closets makes a really good product, but the professional installation team made that good product into a truly great product.

I used California Closets for the first time and my experience was wonderful. I plan to use them again and again. Every time I walk into my closet, I smile. It changed my life.

I've used California Closets before and have always been delighted with the results. We just moved into our home after completing a major renovation. We doubled the size of the existing pantry but it was still smaller than we wanted. California Closets designed the new pantry utilizing all of the available space including a narrow wall of shelves for canned and boxed goods. Beautifully functional pantry and expertly installed. A five out of five in my book!
