There is no better photographer for Real Estate photos. I am beyond pleased and constantly amazed by Nick's talent and ability. We just listed a home and posted it to the MLS with Nick's photos. We were in escrow within about 3 days. I know it was the photos that sold that house.

I have sold five homes in my lifetime and have never had a photographer as talented as Nick. He is a quantum leap better than the run of the mill photog that your broker will use. Insist on using Nick. I met him because I happened to use one of the best brokers in Point Loma and he was using Nick. Nick's pictures will generate more interest in your house and you will probably get paid a premium because people will see how great your house looks and will want to buy it. No kidding, paying Nick to shoot your house will likely make you more money. He has a way of bringing out the best view/angles/lighting of the rooms/views and focusing in on what is important about your house. The difference is huge. Take the time to investigate this important aspect of selling your house. It will make a bigger difference than you think. With Nick's help, I sold my house in two weeks, for above asking. It looked that good. I recently flew Nick up to photograph another house that I own that I am considering selling. That's how good he is. The pictures are incredible. Finally, Nick is a gentleman and a pleasure to work with. His estimate was spot on, even with the difficulties/complexities involved in flying out of town to do the shoot. I rarely write reviews, but I am doing this for Nick because he is a fine young man, gifted photographer and he just did a great job for me. I highly recommend him.

Nick just recently did photos of my office for a brochure and they are wonderful, clear, bright and not all wide angled and out of proportion. He has an eye for the photo and will spend time re-arranging and changing things up if it is needed.
