Rendering Space

In the last year, Spencer does the photos and virtual tours for all of our higher-end listings. The virtual tour product is pretty amazing and shows prospective buyers every inch of the property. We used to spend $325 for 8 stills and 5 virtual tours. Now we typically spend approx $400 on a shoot but get loads of still photos and VTs from probably 30+ locations in most houses. We've even been using it in a limited fashion to document new construction homes when they're under construction to show framing, plumbing, and electrical layouts. Very cool.

I had the honor of working with Spencer and Rendering Space when I listed a 6,200+ sq. ft. home in SE Portland. The house had historical significance and I needed to attract as many potential buyers as possible, especially considering chances were the buyer would be out-of-state, or at least of-of-town. I can't wait for my next big listing so that I get the opportunity to work with Spencer again.
