Fox Plumbing

They came to fix the shower faucet. Took about 2 weeks to receive parts however they did not order all the parts. During the 2 weeks the hot water would not shut off. They came out to fix and forgot to turn off the main water line and flooded the bathroom and behind the wall of shower, which caused mold. I never heard back from them. Worst customer service. How can a reliable plumber forget to turn off main water line. Stay far away from this company.

Fox Plumbing did excellent work. I am doing a total makeover on my kitchen. I had to move plumbing for a sink and the refridgerator. Fox Plumbing so far has been the only contractor on time and completed the job within the time frame. They didn't leave a mess for me to clean up and have always been friendly and there when I need them. I have used them in the past for emergencies and will continue to use them for any of my future plumbing needs. They have always given me the best prices too. The bathrooms are next!
