My experience with Preston Plumbing is outstanding. He has worked on my vacation rental properties, as well as my home. Projects big and small he shows up on time and knows what he’s doing. Very reasonable rates and quick to respond. I highly recommend.

Cuts corners. Ghosted and didn't fix the issue he created. Costed $4k more and a different company to fix the issues he created.

Unprofessional and zero customer service skills. Landlord called for him to be dispatched out and diagnose a leak in the plumbing. I tried to schedule a date/time for a dispatch to investigate and resolve. He turns around asking me for photos of a job he has already taken. I explained that these could be provided, but id like to set a date/time. He proceeds to choose words which essentially tell me to f off. If you want to hire a plumber who cares about providing good service and acts professionally do not call Preston Plumbing.

Commented: Rain head for showerThat shower head is a Dornbracht rain sky. It retails for around $17,000 you can find it though for around $13,000
