The Pink Plumber

Richard Q provided same day service of our initial call to The Pink Plumber. He was Courteous, respectful, knowledgeable. He arrived, placed pink booties over his shoes to protect our flooring; inspected both toilets already in house, and how they were installed to provide us an accurate quote for the installation of the 2 new toilets. Richard Q went above and beyond - his customer service will make us repeat customers. He is a gem !!

Although the person who came did a good job, the company is a rip off and I would not recommend them to anyone. No estimate given over the phone and the person who came out said it would take 2-3 hours to do the job. Flat rate on two items, both of which were very expensive. I foolishly agreed. He ended up being there for 45 minutes from the time he arrived to the time I was called that he was done and the charge was $600. Outrageous. I attempted 3 times to call the service manager to discuss the charge before I paid, and nobody would call back. I told the person who did the job that it was a ridiculous price, $600 for less than an hour of work. He said if you don't pay me, I'll call the police. Stay as far away from this company as you can. The people seem nice, but the company's operating basis with customers stinks and their charges are outrageous. I highly recommend to not use them under any circumstance.

I can not THANK Zach and his co worker Chris enough for getting our house back in working order. We were very impressed that they were very diligent in finding our clogged problem. Working it out that we could spend some money so the problem would not be recreated anytime soon. They absolutely did a FABULOUS JOB. it was also great to have the communication that they both gave us. Probably a bit of a concern...they were great to clean up after themselves....THANK YOU......I would hire again....Cheers to two professionals!!

I had a outside faucet leaking and Zack did a great job making the repair.It was difficult because of the age of the pipe.When he finished it was way better than before.Thanks Zack.

We feel so confident in using The Pink Plumber, and when our Gas Water Heater started leaking, we called first thing in the morning and Thomas Salvato arrived in about an hour. He looked over the unit, assessed the situation, and gave us the options in a professional manner. He walked us through patiently the paper work, and we signed on the dotted line. I highly recommend Thomas Salvato, who I feel is a respectable, knowledgeable, and confident plumber. The work he performed was clean, neat, and excellent quality. Would highly recommend requesting Thomas S. If you need a plumber.

One of my toilets was leaking, and I suspected the wax ring was bad. In addition, even though a prior contractor had fixed a wiggly flange, the toilet was still wiggling a little. Leslie came and removed the toilet. He said the contractor should have added an extension flange because with the new travertine floor, the toilet didn't set the wax ring properly. When reinstalling the toilet, Leslie also noticed that the travertine floor was not sufficiently even, so he added a pressurized wood wedge to keep the toilet level. Lastly, he added grout around the toilet to make sure it will not wiggle in the future. Leslie was timely, did a great job and is professional. I would highly recommend him.

Technician (TJ) arrived on time as scheduled. TJ was very polite and very professional. He explained to me how much is going to cost me before and after resolving an issues. After his examination, then he explained to me about the problem in details and getting my authorization. After finished with the task, TJ help guided me to the right resource to get the remaining of my plumbing problem resolves. I'm very satisfied with the end results. I'll definitely will recommend The Pink Plumber (especially Thomas TJ Salvato as technician) to all my families and friend in future services.

I have nothing but great things to say about Felix R. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. It is quite evident that Felix loves what he does, and has the best intention on solving his clients’s plumbing issues. As an added bonus, Felix educated me along the way, with some great plumbing tricks and advice. Because of Felix, I will be switching from our previous plumber to the Pink Plumber.

Great C/S. Huge expensive service. Double talk on costof job instead of saying up front how much it would be. Did not complete the job. HUGE expensive for the work that was done.

I had a really great experience with Pink Plumber from beginning to end. The tech Richard did an exceptional job diagnosing and solving the issue at hand in a timely manner. I would say without any doubt that Pink Plumber would be 1st on my list to call if needing a plumber again and as mentioned before, Richard was extraordinary!
