I do not recommend using Tim Rausch Plumbing as these guys are like going to a used car dealership. Two days and donating 500$ for hours and minimum charges, adamant about being able to fix a hot water heater that apparently should have never been attempted. Changing their price as they go and then giving an unprofessional attitude when asked about it. As hiring licensed professionals I expect to be able to trust their opinion on their services. I now have a half taken apart hot water heater in worse shape then when they originally arrived.

Upon first stopping out Thursday, we did recommend replacing your water heater as it was flooded, and also 14 years old. You did not accept our professional recommendation and requested we first try to repair due to your own personal situation. We ordered the parts and were able to be back the next day to attempt the repair. When the repair did not work, we were left with the first recommendation of replacing your heater. When you were unhappy with the attempted repair costs & the estimate for replacing the heater - we gave you Tim’s phone number, and you said you were going to call. We would always suggest calling us directly, as we are able to talk you through our perspective of this service call & also hear you out. We operate business in an honest and fair way - as we have all the years we have been in business. Please give Tim a call if you had any further questions or concerns for the service that you received this week. Thank you and have a nice day.

We had small leak in a pipe that I tried to solder myself. I didn't realize it until it destroyed one of my ceiling tiles. I called Tim up at about noon and he was able to stop by the same day and fix the issue. He was very professional and gave me some good tips as well. Thanks, would definitely recommend them!

I have had to call Tim Rausch plumbing multiple times and every time it is a great experience. They get me schedule in a timely manner, are always very courteous and professional. The technician is knowledgable and able to fix the problem. This is the only plumbing company I will use.

For all of my future plumbing needs -- I will be calling Tim Rausch Plumbing first because I know I'll have the best. Tim is a professional, honest and ethical small business owner. He stands by his products and service, and in our case... when we had an issue with a tub in our new home construction, Tim worked with us and MADE IT RIGHT. I wish all of my sub-contractors on our new home were as willing to stand behind their work like Tim Rausch. Even on follow-up calls, Tim was right there helping us all the way. His staff also has the same commitment to quality and commitment to the customer. Tim Rausch, may not be the biggest, but as far as I am concerned, he definitely is the best.

Tim provided excellent service throughout the remodeling project of our bathroom; our bathroom went from 1950's era to a spa like environment. Beyond the basics, Tim was able to find a solution to our tight space problem that was truly value added.

This is a great business that came out and did the work we requested very expediently. We were in a time crunch and they were very considerate of that. When we questioned the noise level of a fan that had been installed, they came right back and changed it out. We thought they were professional and we would easily recommend them to others.
