Worst online shopping experience EVER! See below transcript of events. Placed order on 12/18/2016 and still have not received it. Followed up Jan 1, 2017 and read on. The origional was sent over 2 weeks ago but returned to our werehouse damaged in delivery. I am going to rush a new one out the door today and rush ship it to you. Again im so sorry about this. Please let me know if this is ok I asked for a tracking number and have not received one yet in response to this email.

They did a great job designing and installing the closet system in my master bedroom walk in closet. Everything came together including the timing as promised.

I ordered two lazy susans one 24" and one 28" because I was unsure of the size. They arrived at the start of the holidays (shipped from Michigan 10/25/15 using ground shipping) in November. So, I did not have time to get my handyman over until January to take a look and begin the install process. He installed the 24" lazy susan without a problem and I called to have the 28" returned since it was not used and was not opened. I was told that this was not possible since the time limit was past. So, what you are telling me is that i am now out over $110.00 because of timing issues. If this was over 90 days or six months since receipt, I would understand (maybe). But when I called it was the first weekend after New Year's and only 75 days had passed (if the time starts when they items were shipped). I find it incomprehensible that you would not take the item back if you look at my order you would see that I ordered two of the same item. So you may have a high expectation of one of them being returned. Due to this lake of customer service, I am taking it upon myself to post anywhere I can about your policies and how you bilk customers out of the hard earned money.
