How do I contact the seller?

I purchased this item in May and it has not even shipped yet. It was estimated for delivery June 17-24. This was a gift.

We never received that order. It must have been placed with another seller on Houzz.

I’d like to know why the seller can’t be contacted. There is no phone number, no email, nothing that allows me to follow up with my order. This id my first time using this website/app and I will not be using it again. I want to know why my order is still in the “processing” phase? My order was placed in May. I want to resolve this either by getting the product shipped out now or cancelling it completely.
