We are in the process of doing a house facade makeover and we weren't sure about the design and color for the new balcony doors and balcony railing (big expanse over our three car garage facing street). After spending hours pondering options, I stumbled onto Creative Visual Concepts. In just a couple of hours, for a very reasonable rate, Kevin provided the renderings that allowed my husband and me to visualize our options and make our decisions. Kevin was very responsive and provided both quality renderings and excellent advice. I only wish I had found him sooner. I could have saved myself hours of wondering over various options and just have been looking at them instead.

Kevin has been beyond helpful. I have found myself in a bit of a tough situation. I wanted to update the look of my ranch style home, but have a red/orange color roof which makes me super limited when changing the house colors. Kevin has gone above and beyond providing me MANY mockups so that I can get a visual for colors that I THOUGHT I wanted to see on my house. His ability to "paint" my house and provide me a visual has save me so much money in sample paints! I recommend him to help you visualize your project before you take it upon yourself and do something to your home. I highly recommend working with Kevin!

Kevin helped do a mock up on our house. It turned out great! Thanks for your great ideas and I'll update you on the progress. We still have more to do but so far we've gotten rid pf the front trees painted and did a major overhaul with the backyard. We still have to update the windows and add some more greenery.

I inherited, (although I had to purchase) a Tudor style home. Not my first choice in home designs and it needs EVERYTHING. Wasn't sure if I could "de-tudor" or side or change windows etc etc, I had a million ideas but still wasn't sure what to do, just knew it didn't look right to me. Kevin was beyond helpful in coming up with multiple designs and color combinations to accommodate my ever changing mind! Lol very patient, very helpful and seeing was believing for me. I needed to see it in all these many combinations before I spent thousands on changing things. His images really helped me to narrow it down. Currently have it narrowed down to two images or designs. Just awaiting contractors estimates for my final decision on which way I'll be taking this project. But I highly recommend his services. Even if it's not as complex as what I required, and just basic paint. Seeing is believing. In my case personally, just the paint alone not including labor is 3500. And his services are so fairly priced, you'd have to be crazy not to want to see it first.

Kevin Strader did several amazing custom mock ups on my real house. He is very talented and he was able to show me exactly what our combined ideas would look like. iT IS WELL WORTH THE MINIMAL FEE. Starts at $25. Save a lot of money by not making a costly color or design flaw. Just check out the pics he did for me.
