Image Contracting

John and his team came highly recommended to me and I am so glad they were! Image Contracting were consummate professionals and were very easy to work with. I was especially pleased with how clean they worked and how quickly they completed the job. Our job consisted of replacing a sliding door and fixing some water damage from the previous door to the outside panels and inside hard wood floors. We are very pleased with the result of the door and so impressed how well they were able to match the new hardwood flooring to the older flooring. I would both recommend Image Contracting to others and will also use them for future jobs!

From the very beginning, working with John and team at Image Contracting has been nothing but top notch. John was prompt at responding to my initial request via his website for coming out to look at our front entry project. We wanted to replace existing falling apart brick entry with composite decking. He asked a lot of good questions to make sure he was keeping the right things in mind. His quote was very detailed and we felt it was competitively priced. These guys picked the hottest days of the summer to complete this project and they seriously worked their tails off, and did so without sparing any focus and still completing within original estimate. The end result is absolutely beautiful and far exceeded any expectations. We wanted something low maintenance and modern and John’s design was spot on. It has really transformed the look of our house. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire John back.

John is an honest professional who is committed to doing things the right way. I contracted with John to replace 3 double hung windows and numerous pieces of exterior trim. When replacing the windows, John took the extra steps to investigate potential hidden water damage. It would have been easier for John to simply put in the new windows and move along to the next job but he didn’t. Instead, he took the time to do the job the properly and for that I am very thankful. John even followed-up with me a few weeks after the project was completed to make sure I was happy with the work and address any concerns I had. John’s communication from the beginning to the end of the project was excellent. I highly recommend John and Image Contracting.

John and his crew were extremely thorough and paid great attention to detail. They worked until all aspects of the project were correct and even went above and beyond when there were issues on the part of subcontractors. They had creative solutions to challenges along the way (as all projects have). I strongly recommend John as he is a man of high integrity and class.

I have known John Harding for nearly three years. He did repair projects in the Condominium Association while I was on the Board. He completed several different projects and was very professional and neat while performing his work. Our owners were all grateful for the work done on their units. He recently did a vent project for our unit and did a great job for which we are very pleased.

We had a new ceiling installed as previous cedar ceiling damage from a leak. John Harding and team were the ultimate professionals, on time, cleaned up every day before they left, communicated regularly and the final product was superb!!! Meticulous work for sure!! We will definitely have him back for more work we need done! I would not hesitate 1 minute to give John Harding a call!!

For those who are skimming: I see another review where the client said if 10 stars was an option, that's what she would select - and I agree 100%. We highly recommend him for any job- his work is of excellent quality, he is friendly, polite and very considerate. His prices are reasonable and his work is solid. For those who want more detail: The first job we called John for was to add an attic access point for some HVAC work we were getting done. He was friendly, polite, and was able to fit us in on short notice. John came by before the appointment to evaluate the area and get an idea of what we needed/wanted. The day of the appointment we had several other contractors here, but John was able to coordinate around them. He was conscientious and methodical, and his work came out beautifully. Not only was he able to make quick work of the job, but it was solid and looked great also! I also noted how clean he kept his work area, when he was working everything was in its place, and after the job there was no trace of mess. His price was very fair, especially given the quality of the work. We were so impressed with his work, we asked for his help with other projects immediately. Since the first job, John has removed an old wall unit AC and restored the exterior and interior walls. When he came to evaluate the area before the appointment, I mentioned I needed to get a door frame off in time for our oil tank to be removed- and he offered to help right then and there!! He really got us out of a bind. For the old wall unit removal he was able to do the work while we were away, and kept us informed of the status of the job on the day he was working. When we came home we were very impressed- the wall was seamless and the work was again excellent. Most recently we had John assist with a leak in our roof, installing a vent hose for our bathroom fan and installing a bedroom light. Again the work was of excellent quality, he was prompt and prices very reasonable. John is extremely knowledgeable, he listens to what we want done, and explains how it can be done the right way to ensure it lasts. He is officially our favorite contractor, he really cares about how a job is done- we love his work, and will continue to call him for projects. We highly recommend him for any home repair or improvement need- he is reliable, considerate and a quality professional.

John's work is prompt and excellent. He was recommended by my realtor. He is very detail and goes beyond "just doing the job." He did a cellar wall for us - and we were extremely pleased with his high quality work. And he pricing was very fair. Definately will use John of Image Contracting for future carpentry work.

We had John install crown moulding on our first floor, and when we saw what an amazing job he did we asked him to continue installing it upstairs. We sincerely couldn’t be happier with his work- he’s a perfectionist and his work is the highest quality. He made sure each and every corner was perfect for us. We can’t wait to work with him again on more projects!

If 10 stars were available, I'd give him a 10. John is the best! He gave me status reports on the project when I was away...always called to let me know his ETA. End result of project was even better than hoped for.

John has worked with us on quite a few projects. His craftsmanship and his attention to detail is impeccable! We have loved working with John and Image Contracting, on our own projects, as well as projects for our clients. We are quite pleased with all of the work we have done with him, from communication to end of day clean-up to the final installation, everything was well run and well constructed.
