Dramatic Kitchen Makeover
My client wanted to complete the cosmetic upgrade of her first floor by transforming the look of her stock kitchen cabinets to a high-end custom installation with continuous crown moulding throughout the kitchen and adjoining, open-concept dining room.
As part of the process, the open space above the cabinets was boxed-in with custom fascia, decorative moulding was added at the joint, and crown moulding was installed seemlessly throughout the project. Two pendant lights were also added, for enhanced form and function.
The result gives the look and feel of a quality custom kitchen for a tiny fraction of the cost and with far less disruption to my client's home and daily life.
(The polished marble backsplash was previously installed be me. As was the custom wainscoting and crown moulding throughout the remainder of the first floor. Both are separate projects in my Houzz portfolio)
