Wow! So impressed with the customer service and the quality of their product! This team bends over backwards to help you! And were impeccably fast at responding and answering any type of question we had! Their product is superior to any other swim spa we’ve tried. Their current system is amazingly smooth and easy to swim in. I’m normally the type of person that goes for the knock off brand cause it’s cheaper. But this is worth every penny to get the real deal. Extremely impressed 10/5 stars.

We bought a house with an original Endless Pool in 2018. It needed refurbishing and the only EP certified pool tech we could find in the area came to do it. He did a good job but a couple of years later we've got other things that have come up and he has been too busy to get out here for several months. Endless Pools says they have no other tech in the area even though they sell these pools in the Sacramento area and we live just 40 minutes out of town. They told us we could just get a regular pool person to do it and they could offer phone support but the one person that we had out to work on our spa and works on other pools is not comfortable doing the work. So even though it's a cool product, I would not get it unless you call them to verify there are multiple techs in the area should servicing needs arise.

some thirty years ago, my wife had a crazy idea - a private swimming pool she can swim at. She did not look for the standard one where kids can play in a hot day. She is a swimmer and was not always happy with the public pools. So I was sent looking for a solution which i found actually in a magazine on the airplane i was on. Long story short, we ordered our first pool over 30 years ago and it was shipped to Israel when we went back from our tenure in the US. It was i think the first one ever ordered for Israel. We installed it and enjoyed it for many years until it was time to retire it. 2-3 years ago we went back to Endless Pool and got us a newer model. We enjoy it immensely in the winter as well (using heat pump) and try to swim daily. During the Corona days we were clearly the envy of our community. (but you can get one for a cost of a family car). Not only is the design great and the system working as advertised, but the service is impeccable.

I am a retired 71 yr. old male living in Baja California Sur. Swimming has been part of my life for 65 years. In retirement I swim 1/2 hour daily and have lost 30 pounds, 4 pant sizes, and have gone off all medication. Diet and meditation have helped, but vigorous swimming in my Endless Pool daily has been the chief factor in my extreme good health. This product is truly genius and the company follows great product with great customer service. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I have had an endless pool since 1999. Obviously, I am a loyal fan. Service has always been exemplary. When I call customer service they addres always accommodating.

I love my endless pool! I've been enjoying it for 2 and half year now. I use it 2-3 times per week. Growing up I had a pool in my backyard but not that I could really swim in it. We live in San Francisco and our backyard is really small, like postage stamp small yet we were able to fit easily our endless pool. Not only it is a pool and my kids enjoy it as is but I can swim forever! Going to the pool was always a hassle as I had to find parking, walk over there and then the pool itself was chlorinated so badly that I would stink the rest of the day. With the endless pool, I have no chlorine smell as I use very little. I also don't spend a lot of time maintaining it. I do some chemistry measurement every week, clean the bottom and sometimes brush the sides, overall maybe 20 min. Being also a triathlete I can honestly say that my stroke improved a lot! You have direct feedback from the current. If your form becomes sloppy, it becomes harder. In a pool you don't really notice until you get to the end of the lane and see your time. If I ask myself would I do it all over again and the answer is yes. I'm planning on moving one day and I'll definitely set up another endless pool in my new place.

We have had an Endless Pool for about 10 years. I did the installation myself with my family's help. It was smooth and the directions were clear. When I did have questions I called and got the answer right away. I had to purchase a couple of PVC fittings but the rest was all in the shipping containers. Since that time, 10 years using the pool on average 3-4 times a week with no issues except the heating element has gone out twice, most likely due to our hard well water. When this happened I called Endless Pools and they helped me troubleshoot the problem and then got the heating element replacement in the mail right away. I have never replaced the water and do all the maintenance myself and have it down to a simple science requiring 3 treatments a week and changing the filter every 2 months. So for our family it has been a great purchase and we continue to use it regularly. My pool is also on the demo list and is available to do a test swim almost anytime in Santa Fe, NM.

My experience was excellent. Their engineering team helped me pick out the perfect pool and accessories. Installation was straightforward. My deck installation contractor installed the pool with the written and video instructions provided. An electrical question was cleared up immediately with a call to their help line. The pool operates perfectly as described. We use it everyday here in Honolulu. The quality of the materials is excellent. It uses much less electricity than I thought.

I purchased a Streamline in June and i am overjoyed with it. I installed it myself and have been enjoying it!!!! Super easy to maintain and the best customer service experience ever!!!!!
