I’m quite curious as I’m thinking of getting one for water walking (the smaller one with a treadmill) because of arthritis. But I am concerned about practical upkeep.

can you actually swim in it? i am 5'4" but my hubby is 6' will his arms scrape the bottom and is the water strong enough? can we adjust the speed, i am not strong enough for much. thank you for input.

You might be interested in our WaterWell therapy pool. It has the same modular design, temperature control, and low-chlorine purification as an Original Endless Pool, but it does not include our swim current. It's our most compact model which can make upkeep even easier.

Does an Endless pool need access all the way around, or can part of it be sort of tucked into a corner/against a wall?

@piratefoxy the Original Endless Pool and the WaterWell can each be installed in a corner. You only need access to one side for maintenance.

If you choose to add lights or hydrotherapy jets to your WaterWell, then you will need access to those sides as well. With the WaterWell, if you put the hydrotherapy jets on one side and the treadmill on the opposite side, you could still have one side flush against a wall.

We’re thinking of putting it in our garage along with partitioning off a small area (so we can heat it and control the humidity in that space for my SO’s workshop for electronic stuff) so I’m just trying to figure out how those two things would fit together in the space. I would like to have hydrotherapy jets also. How much space around it is necessary for servicing?

@PirateFoxy As a general rule, the room for an Endless Pool needs to be 2' wider and
3' longer than the size of the pool. This would mean that a minimum
room size for an 8' x 15' Original Endless Pool would be 10' x 18'.
