At first glance it seems this place is run by a group of kids and teens. They're everywhere. Working. Cleaning. Helping. It's clear that they know what they're doing and they work as a team when needed. It is a joy to walk in there and be helped so professionally by such young people. Was in a bind and needed quick service..even though they were very busy at this time of year they actually sent 2 service techs to my house before I even woke up! The two young guys they sent identified the problem in literally less than 2 minutes! I've been trying to figure out why we lost pump pressure for 3 years! They fixed it in under 20 minutes and made it better than when it was new! Highly recommended.

Excellent is the best way to describe our experience with Fountain Pools. From the purchase and design with Mark to the permitting with Sharene to the install with Mike the entire process was very professional. The company acts as one. They all are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. They make you feel as if you are their only customer. We got our pool 5 weeks ahead of schedule. Even with my changing my mind about the details there was no issue that they could not overcome. I am happy to endorse them as a contractor and more so feel like they are my friends. 5 Stars is just not enough!!!
