Pool-Creations just competed our pool/spa. Bruce was very helpful through out the entire project. I was surprised how quickly the project came together and how much personal attention Bruce put into the project. We stayed within our budget and we didn't have any surprise cost increases. Bruce did "pool school" for us a coached us on pool maintenance. The quality of the craftsmanship is obvious and the yard and work are were cleaned well.

Pool Creations designed and built our pool within the 8 weeks he quoted. It turned out better than expected. He actually took me to pick out pool materials instead of having me just pick them out of a catalog, it made it so much easier to decide on materials. Bruce was onsite during all phases of construction. He was very knowledgeable of the permit process and that made it basically a stress-free process for us. It's the 3rd pool for us but our favorite one and the smoothest construction project to date!

Pool Creats is an excellent company to work with. Bruce has a great vision with design and is more than willing to work within your budget and STAY within your budget. He takes time to understand what you want and then comes with great designs and video's showing what he can do in your yard. It really makes you feel comfortable knowing everyone is on the same page. Every aspect of my pool was done at the highest level of quality. You can tell Bruce takes great pride in each project as if its his own, and he doesnt rush through any stage from start to finish. He hit every deadline, coordinated with city and inspection folks and worked with us on picking out tiles, color combos, style etc. For any friend Pool Creations will be my ONLY recommendation...truly the best!

I'm happy to write this review so that others who are considering to build a great outdoor space can be as pleased as my family is if you choose Pool-Creations. Recently we made the decision to down-size to a Villa and we decided to have a pool, spa and patio built and installed in a relatively small tight space, kind of tricky. The first person I called was Bruce at Pool-Creations because he installed my last pool, spa and outdoor oasis approximately 12 years ago, and we loved it! Being in the construction supply business myself I have an appreciation for the construction process and that was the #1 reason I called Bruce. He's on-time and does what he commits to, he has several sub contractors therefore he's totally involved with the process, infact I think Bruce was at the jobsite every day making sure things were being done correctly and the way we wanted it done. Bruce supplied me with a detailed contract and construction schedule with dates of completion (weather permitting) and the payment amount due dates as construction occurred, therefore no surprises. When construction was complete Bruce re-trained my wife and me on the maintenance aspect with the newer equipment and he's still available for any questions we may have. I will mention that I did obtain two other designs and prices, one was competitive but based on our previous experience with Bruce at Pool-Creations it was an easy decision and now we love our second outdoor oasis built by Bruce at Pool-Creation. Thank Bruce!

We had an older pool that needed significant reworking. Pool-creations staff worked with us to come up with a complete redesign of the whole pool system. This involved installation of all new equipment in a totally new location, resurfacing the inside, and a big upgrade to an automated control system. We are totally overjoyed with the results: beautiful and functional.

Our 26 year old swimming pool was in need of refurbishing due to years of wear and tear. Pool-Creations was requested to provide a complete remodel including replastering, replacing lighting, providing new tile, and refurbishing of the deck surrounding the pool. The job was coordinated professionally by groups of specialty experts under the direction of Bruce Carlson from Pool-Creations. The timing of each stage of the project was carefully executed and the only delays were the result of inclement weather. The project was completed professionally and we are totally satisfied with the resulting remodeling of our swimming pool. I would highly recommend Pool-Creations to my friends and have already recommended them to my neighbors. This company is highly trained and experienced in this line of work and made this "major" project very simple for me and my family.
