Suntime Pools West

The company suppose to install a new heat pump and eliminate a noise from the water pump by installing the rubber pad under nice of the water pump. It would require to do some re-piping due to raising the pump to accommodate a rubber antivibration pad. The Water pump was rigged and instead of rubber a couple vinyl pieces of flooring was installed. Re-piping was not done, so both ports of the pump start to leak . The noise level was not decreased due to installing the vinyl flooring instead of of a the rubber pad . They refused to correct the problem . I was forced to hire other contractor to fix this problem.
