Fabulous showroom, and great design center! We love the Ciot boutique and have used this resource numerous times! They are dedicated to quality and service, and that is seen through their employees. I had a kitchen backsplash installed. The staff at the store were very helpful providing suggestions and samples. The installer was professional and made sure I liked the layout before proceeding. He suggested different ways it could be laid out. It looked great when finished, exactly as I had expected it to look. No negatives in the entire experience.

Found the service extremely good, and pricing great. The rep I dealt with was great with suggesting the best tile, in size and colour.

I was referred to Christine by our builder. She offered excellent advice and prompt service. It took us weeks to come to decisions about many different tiles and Christine remembered every item that had been previously discussed. We purchased 100% of our tile from Ceramic Decor for eight rooms, including complex inlays, ceramic and marble. Christine picked our grout which turned out perfectly. Where Ceramic Decor did not have items in stock it was bought in for us within days. Where one small mistake occurred it was rectified immediately and delivered, by courier, direct to our construction site at no additional charge. In building a custom home we shopped at dozens of suppliers. Only one or two were as easy and efficient to deal with as Christine was.

As a local Decorator I have worked with Ceramic Decor for 9 years. The service provided is excellent. They go out of their way to make sure I have all the samples required for my clients and orders are placed immediately to ensure I have my goods on time. The design help they provide is professional and I rely on them to have the latest product.
