Custom Floors is TheaterWorks go to vendor for all of our flooring; wood, vinyl, broadloom and carpet squares. They are very responsive and super patient when it come to design decisions. They have access to every sample under the sun (even had a sample Fedex overnight from a supplier), never any pressure to "hurry up and decide". Installs are always on time and very professional. Working with Leslie and her team at Custom Floors was extremely helpful. They helped my wife and I design our tile floors, kitchen backsplash, area rugs and custom shower. Everything came out incredible. If you know what color your looking for they will help you find the style that fits your space. If you don't know the color you are looking for they will help you find a color that looks great.

Leslie is a star! She worked with me over a period of 6 months to create the home of our dreams. We would have made several expensive mistakes if it were not for her expert recommendations. My husband and I were undertaking new construction, a very overwhelming, stressful and exciting experiences; picking out colors, products, etc. One of our easiest experiences in the process was working with Leslie at Custom Floors! She was responsive to our needs and went above and beyond to help us find just the right tile for our space. She exceeded our expectations in helping us pick out tiling for our baths and kitchen. I used Custom Floors for two major projects; a kitchen remodel and a bathroom remodel. Both remodels were done extremely well and with a high level of professionalism. In the beginning Leslie helped me select the tiles that would best fit my style and vision. Michael spent time measuring and making sure the design would work. Greg the installer, for both remodels kept me up to date with the progress. I love the finished product and am very happy. My experience with Custom Floors was excellent and I would happily recommend them to my friends and family.

I had finally renovated my kitchen after 7 years in my home. I needed advice on the flooring. Leslie came over immediately with several options. She never pushed anything on me that I wasn't interested in. The company was on time and did an amazing job with the installation. Leslie helped me to find the perfect floor. I had another one in mind and am so thankful I listened to her advice, as I would hate the other one by now. I also hired Custom Floors to install carpeting in my daughter's room and again a great experience. They were hands down the best flooring company I have ever worked with and that is saying a lot considering I was married to a flooring contractor for 11 years! Custom Floors is the right company for you for your carpet and hardwood flooring needs. Leslie and Mike are both very professional and offer great advice. We highly recommend using this company as we have been using them for over 6 years and counting. They work well with your budget and Leslie makes sure to help make sure your vision become a reality!

First let me say that all is not entirely negative about this company. My wife and I hired them for tile, flooring and carpet in 2013 for a new home in the area. We were clear what we wanted and chose some high end finishes that they recommended. They were not the cheapest, but I chose to use them since they supplied the materials and did the install, and promised to meet our expectations. Boy, was that a mistake. To start, Leslie was extremely helpful and wonderful to work with. She had some great ideas and introduced us to some excellent finishes. She assured us a top notch job, so we hired her team to install all of our flooring with prefinished wood floor and tile through our new home which included custom bathrooms. The wood floor went ok, although to our surprise, we had to have their installer back 3 times to fill nail holes that were repeatedly overlooked. That was nothing compared to the tile work which over all was very sloppy and of poor workmanship. While the other 2 baths were mediocre and required multiple touchups, the master bath, a walk-in bath that we invested some money in to make nice, ended up being a nightmare. We had to ask, then beg Michael to bring his installer back 4 times to correct oversights! These weren't small repairs, but missed and open grout joints, clumps of and smeared grout left all over the finished tile, and uneven and chipped tiles. We were told he can't do anything about the uneven tile, blaming it entirely on the tile (they recommended) and that the chipped edges we had to live with. These weren't small chips but whole corners missing and attempted to be filled with grout. Now we had to see this poor workmanship every single time we take a shower...forever? On the last call back, the owner Mike (who finally came to supervise the corrections) and installer patched in the wrong color grout in to fix the issue!!! We had 2 totally different colors of grout!. (You cannot make this stuff up) The clincher is that he argued with me on the phone that it was the right color until I sent him pictures. Once it was obvious, he reluctantly promised me he'd fix it and regrout with the one correct color. After contacting him several times, the last communication we had was last Feb 2014 when Mike said he was finishing a church job, then would give me a call to get back and fix their errors. Needless to say, we haven't heard from him since. I guess he thought it would just go away. At this point we are pursuing legal action to correct the issues. My recommendation is to work with Leslie on purchasing tile...she really has some great input and customer service, but definitely be wary and avoid installation with this company at all costs unless you have very low standards.

I have used Custom floor for wall-to-wall, hardwood floor refinishing, and area rugs over a number of years. I don't bother to look anywhere else. I like dealing with Leslie and Mike, and supporting a local small business. To me, professionalism, dependability, customer service and a more personal touch are big factors. You will get all of those things at Custom Floors. I recommend them highly.

My dishwasher had leaked and damaged some of my hardwood flooring. I didn't have any spare boards and Mike found an almost perfect match. They installed the new flooring where needed and did a wonderful job.

Leslie helped us create the home of our dreams. She provided us with her undivided attention on a number of occasions to find the correct tile and carpeting throughout our new home. Leslie came to our home on several occasions to review the layout and to measure carpeting. The service provided was professional, timely and local. Leslie has a gift of matching tile with furniture and paint colors. We took her advice on a number of choices and are quite pleased with the outcome.

I hired Custom Flooring 2 times to do work at my home. The price and service was EXCELLENT! Leslie is very personable and understands what you are looking for. If she hadn't of advised me on my kitchen floor I would have made a horrible decision. My kitchen is BEAUTIFUL. I would highly recommend Custom Floors and will hire them again! Thanks Leslie
