A little more expensive than others..they carry high end products. Do not hesitate to use them. Excellent service and selection. Very knowledgeable. Worth the money just for the design service. Christen was great....extremely knowledgeable and willing to work within my budget.

I was shocked and appalled with how I was treated after being given a box full of chipped tiles on every sheet . I have never been spoken to so discourteously by a company. The tiles were returned after essentially being told I broke them and being given a begrudged offer to replace some. No tiles were worth this treatment. Even before receiving the broken tiles, 5 efforts to order the tile went unanswered.

when renovating my kitchen this summer, i originally purchased my tile from the tile shoppe in KOP. when i went to pick up the product, it looked nothing like what was on the showroom floor. so i returned the items and drove straight to devon tile. i had worked with christen in the past, and should have gone to her originally. she is fantastic to work with and got me taken care of in not time at all ordering the proper tile.

I have worked on many kitchen and bathroom projects with Devon Tile. The store has an amazing and unusual collection of tiles, not found anywhere else locally. Sales staff is well informed and produce beautiful CAD tile design drawings. Showroom is very organized and staff is able to work within many budget ranges. Lead times are accurate and service is excellent.
