EuroWest Decorative Surfaces

Immediately after sale, the customer service got disconnected. Ordered a few boxes of tiles from EuroWest for some replacement of our previously installed tiles. We received one box that was actually an opened box and in very bad condition that scratches, holes, damage, tape were everywhere. Contacted sales person Robert Hong but he said "That's all we have"! They do have more boxes but they do not want to fix their problem. We went ahead to visit their warehouse and had that box exchanged.

We purchased our floor tiles here. Very fine product at a reasonable price. Beautiful showroom with helpful staff. Top-notch products.

I discovered Eurowest when I was searching for luxury thin large modern exterior cladding as a potential alternative to travertine or limestone. I explored thousands of pictures and companies, and actually started a dialouge through email initially. I saw beautiful pictures on Houzz as well. We first went to the Eurowest location in Anaheim Ca. for a special sale, and were treated so professionally by the entire staff, and taken in hand by the lead designer and management staff Jan Deter. Jan spent so much time on some sale products, she won me over, and in the next few weeks, I really have to applaud her efforts. She has so many large corporate clients, I am grateful for all the attention she paid. We are constructing a very large project, it's true, but the difference between working professionally with a knowlegable staff with high quality product, and pushy sales people that are lining the streets in Anaheim is VAST.

I came into the Eurowest showroom last week to get some samples for my kitchen. I left with a better idea of what I wanted and was impressed with the selection! Everyone there is very professional and helpful. Would recommend to any homeowner looking to find porcelain and tile for their home!
