Tiles with terrible quality. Company didn't exchange or provided solution. We called them several times and sent emails and at some point were ignored.

The nice and knowledgeable ladies at the counter matched 20 year old floor tile that I broke. Best Christmas present ever !Thanks and happy holidays Len

They have a great selection but they messed up the calculations when we gave them a detailed layout of our kitchen. They gave us a hard time about ordering more decorative tile when the supplier packaging changed because it meant they would have some left over. They refused to take the backsplash tile and grout they over ordered back even though they were complete cases. Overall, customer service stunk and I won’t use them for my remaining renovation projects.

H. Winter is our go to for all of our tile needs! They are a delight to work with. Everyone is very knowledgeable and has excellent customer service skills. I feel confident sending all my clients there, knowing they will be taken care of. H winter has something for everyone!

We worked with Erin at H. Winter Tile Company. Erin was extremely helpful in guiding us on what we wanted for a backsplash for 2 projects. Not only did she provide excellent guidance on selecting tiles, but she helped us decide on the pattern to use. After discussing our ideas on patterns, she sent us several examples that she worked up herself. This was extremely helpful, as it took several iterations before we settled on the pattern that we finally used.

Our first experience with Ms. Jennifer Hunsicker of H. Winter & Co. Tile, in May 2012, was really great and we felt that we had to look no farther for our tile needs and advice. Jennifer was a delight to work with and helped us and our decorator find the prefect tile to do our kitchen backsplash area. We had a large area to do and to complicate matters, the kitchen was in a sample home that already had the granite counter tops in place, so coordinating the tile was a challenge. Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable with all H. Winter's products and professional in how she offers advice and answered our questions. We could not have been more pleased and more importantly, my wife is thrilled with the finished job ! We had a second time (November 2012) we needed advice, in that, a wall construction flaw in the master bathroom tiled shower caused a problem and once again we worked with Jennifer, who helped us work through a difficult issue with ease. As far as we are concerned, Ms. Jennifer Hunsicker, of H.Winter & Co. is the "only call" to make for any tile needs.

I used this company to buy a tile for a DIY project remodeling a small bathroom. From the time I walked into the showroom until I picked up my tile; they were great.
