Marcos+Bruno Tile Replacement

We hired Marcos & Bruno for floor and wall tiling in our bathroom and they are as good as it gets. Amber from the office responded to our email immediately, suggested a phone call, and within 24 hrs Marcos was here for the consultation. They are super communicative, the price & timeline were literally half of another quote, they showed up at 9am on-the-dot every day, and finished a day early. The work is IMPECCABLE & they are true problem solvers (there are endless problems around every corner in a pre-war renovation) - they found elegant and beautiful solutions to all of the tricky parts. On day 1 they had to completely level the old wonky floor, and all through the project, our slightly crooked walls presented issues he overcame. We also had a completely custom floor mosaic pattern that required them to cut-out the white hex sheets and inlay colored florets - which they didn't bat an eye at (another guy acted like it was the most difficult job he'd ever seen). The job took 5 days total. Our experience with various tradesmen while renovating an 80 yr old apartment has been frustrating to say the least, but working with Marcos & Bruno was a breeze. They confirmed every necessary detail before "setting it in stone" ;D and kept in touch about progress all along the way. There's plenty of anxiety around any job like this, but they made it easy - including a thorough cleanup at the end of each day. They are amazing – highly recommend!

I'm a remote landlord and hired Bruno to fix a shower that was leaking into the unit below. He was very responsive, super communicative and friendly - all things I especially value since I'm managing the job from afar. Marcos and Bruno are true professionals who went above and beyond to get the job done right. They redid 3 of my bathrooms and their tile work is superb. I am picky and have lots of mosaic tile in my house, the material is expensive and needs to be done right and they did it perfectly. Marcos is more of a perfectionist than I am, noticed a trim around a doorway that he wanted replaced so that tiling would be perfectly symmetric. They always arrived when they said, cleaned up each day so that we never even really felt the fact that we were redoing 3 bathrooms at once, something that would be a nightmare with most people.
