Mio Metals

I would like to take a second to thank Mio Metals for providing me with a very large number of Zinc table tops and bar tops for my restaurant, Zinc Cafe (www.zinccafe.com), in the LA Art's District in California. They are extremely organized, helpful and timely in their delivery. I have been recommending them to numerous customers that are trying to find a reputable company to produce the quality product that they produce. Mio Metals fabricated a Zinc countertop for a client of our a few years back. The quality of the workmanship is great. We had a situation which needed addressing and the owner of the company himself flew to arizona to give it first rate attention. He made the decision to re-make the top at his expense which was done and the result was good. We appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail. The willingness to do everything necessary to keep our client happy is much appreciated. We used Mio Metals to do a custom Rangehood for our farmhouse in Calistoga. The delivered a quality product, on time and on budget. We will use them again when the opportunity presents itself.

I am very pleased with the work that Mio Metals performed. The only reason I may have hesitated a bit before awarding five stars is that it did take a little longer than anticipated. However unlike many other companies with whom we have worked, Mio did send out an email explaining the circumstances that created the delay (which were outside their control) and from that point forward Mio did a nice job keeping us informed of the project status. The zinc countertops are now installed and are beautiful. They fit perfectly. I would highly recommend them.
