My contractor used TEC power grout and it failed to harden after curing for over 3 weeks before it got wet. They tried to remove it (yep, black grout dust ALL OVER) but when they reapplied a new layer of grout, it still didn’t harden all the way. TEC sent a rep to my house with acrylic hardener that was supposed to be a permanent fix, but after less than 3 months, it’s just peeling off. Even if my contractor messed something up on all 3 colors in 3 locations, it seems crazy that TEC grout could be that finicky and temperamental. No stars for this grout!
