James did our master bathroom shower and floor remodel and we absolutely love how it turned out. After completing our project, we can say with confidence that James truly is a master of his craft - not only that but he is honest, trustworthy and has excellent work ethic. We considered a few individuals for our bathroom renovation and James was the most transparent about the end to end process, timeline and cost. We could tell he focuses on quality and takes pride in his work. From start to finish James was very responsive and flexible with our requests. Even with terrible weather and a couple plumbing hiccups that were out of his control, James stayed focused and solution oriented. So, so happy with the end result. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the beautiful, precise tile-setting installations that James and his crew performed during our extensive remodel. His work included a large master bathroom with huge shower and drying area, backsplashes for a new enlarged kitchen, two fireplace re-facings, and a new enlarged rear patio area.
