The salespeople at this store are phenomenal. For both our kitchen and mudroom projects, they patiently guided us to the perfect tile, backsplash, grout etc that we needed. They were never impatient and often stayed after closing to help us finalize the details. We always mention the 10% house discount and receive it every time. We would definitely use this store for any other future projects.

I have worked with Tiles Plus More on numerous projects, listening as they walk alongside customers in various projects from a small back splash to a whole house remodel or build. They are very knowledgeable, understand basic design and helpful in educating customers about the many products available. They take the time to show customers the many samples they have in their showroom so that the customer can make the best choice based on their needs, many times taking samples home to see how it all comes together! I appreciate how Tiles Plus More takes care of my customers!

Scott, Vanessa, Jodi and their staff are at the top of their game. They will spend hours with a customer, and if humanly possible they always have my orders in one to two days. I am an interior designer, that has worked with Tiles Plus More since they opened their doors on Rt. 9 in Framingham. I bring clients to their store on a weekly basis, and am enamored with the family type atmosphere. They are on the cutting edge of their industry; having the best selections and displays of tile, marble, and granite anywhere I know of. I think the most important thing for me and all of the other people that continue to shop there....(every time I walk in there they have at least 9 to 14 tile consultants on staff), and most of them are constantly busy. The owners deserve a pat on the back for after 24 years continuing to care about their customers....I wish all of the places I shopped cared as much as they do.

I have done a tremendous amount of business with many flooring stores in the area, and I would say without question, the service you will receive here is consistently great. It really is hard to find a business where all the employees seem to be interested in what they are doing, but I have never had an experience with anyone at Tiles Plus More that didn't put in maximum effort to help in choosing the right product for the right application. I certainly don't have the gift for designing so I really require a lot of help with choosing colors for my projects and they all know what they are doing. David B.

Being an Interior Designer we do a good deal of tile work whether it is a simple back splash or new construction. Tiles Plus More is the only place I will go to get tile. I have tried other companies in the past and none of them compare to Tilesplusmore. They have rest customer service and what really makes the codeine factor for me using a company, is how they help when there is a problem. That to me makes a good company stand out from the rest. I even have used them for a house in a different state. There is no need to change the wheel when you have found the best! I highly recommend them for any project you have. There is no project to small for them.

KitchenVisions

Tiles Plus More is a terrific resource for my business. A visit to this store is part of our selection process for every kitchen and bath, mudroom and laundry that we design and install here at KitchenVisions. I value their expertise and enormous breadth of knowledge. It is a busy showroom and given all the goings-on, they have ample, (smiling...who finds that anymore?) staff who are always available to help and direct us to new products as well as the standards (3 x 6 subway tile, anyone?). There is a huge selection of beautiful ceramic, porcelain, marble, stone and glass tiles as well as bath and kitchen accessories. I cannot imagine not being able to find the perfect tile for my projects. Their tiles are the 'jewelry', that makes our projects shine that much brighter. I recommend them highly!
