David and I spoke regularly while we got FPL to clear a tree from the powerlines. After that, he came back, provided a quote, and quickly got me on the schedule. He and his crew showed up on time, all tools in tow: bucket truck, chipper, the works. His crew were super nice and knocked out the big job (two large trees in front of property). Highly recommended.

Matt the owner left his men to do a major job without supervision or direction causing several trees to be cut off the top with out pruning and shaping. Refused to come back to the house or answer my texts while the men were working. The week before we discussed shaping all the nonpalm trees to a more aesthetically shape and appearance.
