We had the pleasure of working with Heritage Tree Care and were incredibly pleased with their work. Their team exceeded our expectations and were incredibly friendly, professional and efficient. They were even kind enough to cut several stumps and cookies for us so that we can use them for various activities and educational purposes. If we have any other large projects in the future, we would certainly work with them again.

Vincent is the best arborist in Austin, hands down. He identified very obscure disease processes that were occurring in a number of our plants and trees, and knew everything about how to treat them and keep them healthy. He also did some very beautiful trimming of our trees, maintaining a natural look (as we had requested) while giving them a great shape. A very smart and nice guy!

Justin has been wonderful in providing guidance to restore the health of my American Elm. His advice has been rooted in science and also pragmatic.

Arborist, Nicholas (Sensitive Information Hidden) provided excellent advice, on pruning, air root collar excavation, and deep root fertilizing. Heritage Tree Care provided tree pruning work at our home and they did a great job. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. I am a landscape architect, so my training and professional experience means I view tree work through a different lens than the average joe. The HTC crew was thorough and diligent in their use of proper pruning techniques. They closely followed the instructions that the Arborist gave them, including for pruning dead-wood-only on most of our trees, which was very important to me. Austin is booming and, as we’ve probably all experienced, some of the best companies are the busiest; HTC is no exception. It is possible you will need to exercise some patience getting on their schedule. I recommend hanging in there because they are great at what they do!
