Way over estimated price Danny is a butcher, let huge limbs fall on new roof and trough resulting in damage John came to view shrugged shoulders and left !!!!!butchers!!!! Just don’t do it ….. you will regret it

A man came by to give me a quote and wrote down my several small jobs as I explained them carefully. When 4 or 5 men came to do the job I went out and repeated a few instructions, however, they still got mixed up about a few things. I had a Jerusulem palm in the front which I had asked them to cut down, however, I had two new shoots (which I had tied together with a twine) which I desperately wanted to keep and after they left I noticed they had chopped them off completely. I had bonsied a Clamatis which was in a large barrel. I absolutely did not want that touched as I had for years grown and loved. They were instructed to radically prune a bush, which absolutely was not done. I even explained why I wanted it pruned as it was hiding my front door and I wanted my door to be seen by my neighbours. In their defence I think they just were not in sinc with each other. I had gone out a few times to instruct them, perhaps I needed to be in the front yard and the back yard at the same time. I did pay $840.00 for that service and was quite unsatisfied. I did complain by telephone to them and I posted a review on their site, and they were going to come back and trim the front bush but never showed up.

John was great! I phoned him inquiring about cutting down a cherry tree, he came over the next day and gave me a reasonable estimate. After we confirmed price he came the next day and cut down the tree. He was polite, reasonable and prompt. I had called other tree companies and they did not respond. John was quick to get back to me and I really appreciated that!

I needed someone to look after some trees .ASAP..that were in bad shape one had fallen down already ...john came highly recommended from a neighbour and he gave me his number ...as...John was here not even two hours after I called and gave me an estimate..he was friendly professional and when his team came to do the work they were professional and friendly and got it done so quickly...I was so happy to find them and have given his number to several people already.....Thanks John and the whole team at Pro Tree...
