River City offered outstanding service from the bid process to completion. Steve the project manager gave exemplary customer service by way of clarifying the exact process of removing 2-57 ft spruces that we’re located between my home and my neighbors home and 3 other trees greater than 20 ft tall. I was so pleased with the entire process I will not use any other other tree service. They were so good one of my neighbors hired did business with Steve and crew on the spot. Attentive, knowledgeable, punctual, respectful, clean, efficient and reasonably priced.
