Royalview Window Cleaning

I’ve been a loyal customer of Royalview for years and always had good experiences at my old home. Unfortunately, my recent experience at our new home was an absolute disaster and a major disappointment. From the start, communication was a huge issue—missed emails, delayed responses, and repeated follow-ups required on my end just to confirm basic details. Dates were committed to and then missed. A team showed up on a day I wasn’t home and hadn’t confirmed, and later I had to chase Braden multiple times to reschedule. Even after the work was done, the quality of the window cleaning was poor and the job was left unfinished. I put in an extraordinary amount of effort to try and help Braden make it right—dozens of emails, texts, and phone calls. I tried to stay patient and understanding, and I even told him directly that if he couldn’t follow through, I’d have no choice but to leave an honest review. Despite his apology and promises, follow-through never happened. Weeks stretched into months, and the job was never rectified. I genuinely like Braden and know he has done good work in the past. I also understand personal matters can arise. But running a business means following through on commitments, communicating with your customers, and making things right when something goes wrong. None of that happened here. Sadly, I can’t recommend Royalview Window Cleaning anymore. It was a tremendous headache and ultimately a job left unfinished. Others should know what they may be getting into.
