Infinity by Marvin installed 3 sets of doors, all had issues. After 14 follow-up messages from us and 9 months, they finally fixed the doors. They have terrible customer service. I highly recommend you use an alternative company for doors and windows such as Pella or Renewal by Anderson.

We had eight windows installed. 4 were casement windows, two were double hung, one was a picture window, and a half moon. Our sales rep, Will, was very helpful in helping us to make our final decision. His product knowledge was exceptional. The team installing the windows was headed up by Danny. He and his crew did an exceptional job and did not attempt to cut any corners. We had all of the windows and trim stained by Jeff, who went above and beyond to ensure that we were completely satisfied that the color matched the current crown molding and chair railing. On the day of installation, there was an issue where three of the windows were damaged in shipment. Matt called prior to arrival to make me aware of the situation. He ordered the windows and they were ready to be installed within 3 weeks. I would 100% recommend this whole team if you are contemplating having windows installed.

We are very pleased with our new Infinity Windows by Marvin. They look great both inside and out and are so easy to open, close and lock. They tilt in for easy cleaning. Marvin made everything easy and very professional, from purchase, to scheduling, to installing and staining the inside windows. We would recommend Marvin.

Not our first experience with the company or with Marvin windows. Marvin products are expensive, but you get what you pay for. Their windows are well-made, superb at insulating against weather and outside noise. The company's staff are all knowledgeable and conscientious. They show up when they say they will, they clean up the work site, and make sure you're satisfied with the job.
