JOB COMPLETED IN 2024, THIS REVIEW IN MAY 2026, ALREADY!!! AND AGAIN MORE ISSUES!!! Windows took from April to October 2024 to be completed due to shotty materials and installers you had to communicate with through a translation app. HORRIBLE cleanup. When contract signed informed best in the industry warranty 100% no matter the issue. We are here for you. So..one window has a stress Crack and all 15 windows best in the industry caulk splitting at seams and falling, cracking off. Coming to fix all BUT, now 19 months later they charge a $149.99 service charge!!!!!! Why? Because their products are so shabby clearly they have sooooo many service call issues they have to make the customer cover there shabby products. Pitch was deceptive about their $0.00 fully covered replacement of anything. Wish I could attach pics from start to finish. Appalling. So disappointed I choose UWD. But, hopefully I can save anyone else from the anxiety and waste of GOOD money by hiring or believing their pitch.

Be very careful when purchasing from this company. During our sales appointment, we were told the windows would qualify for the federal energy tax credit. Based on that, we moved forward and spent over $13,000. After installation, when preparing our taxes and reviewing the NFRC specifications, we learned the windows do not qualify. When I contacted customer service, I was told the contract does not guarantee tax credit eligibility — yet the contract says nothing about tax credit qualification either way. We were never offered an option that would have met the qualifying standard. For a purchase this large, we expected better transparency. We will not use this company again and recommend others verify tax credit eligibility before signing.

From start to finish Universal Windows Direct were very easy to work with and the installers were great. When they finished they answered all of our questions about how to work the windows for cleaning.

The guys doing the installation were top notch. Very polite and didn’t waste any time. Knew what they were doing and cleaned everything up when they were done. Highly recommend them so far.

Best service and instillation techs. Arrived in a timely manner. Completed 22 window install in one day. Would definitely recommend

I have purchase three doors and my most recent project was vinyl siding from this company. First I would say that the doors have save me substantially in energy cost. They are beautiful as well as secure. The results of my siding is amazing. Although, I chose the same color, It is obvious that something has been done to the house. People notice the difference right away, I painted the foundation purple to go with the gray siding. I can actually feel the difference inside from this unusually cold season. The workers were totally respectful, helpful. and committed to completion by their target date. They even went beyond the job by installing light fixtures that were not on my agreement. Those old fixtures would have looked crappy on the new siding. I really liked the work once it was completed. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. One more note, they will stand behind their product.

This was the second time I have had Universal Windows Direct work on my residence. I was just as pleased this time as I was the first time. Changes in our plans for the house required us to replace 3 more windows and to replace another company's window which had gone out of business since we had purchased that window. (It had developed a crack) Price was reasonable. Service was also very quick.

Delivered and installed as promised. Very quick installation, installers cleaned up afterwards. Windows seem to be a quality product, although its probably best to evaluate after they have been installed for several years. Great warranty. Will highly recommend to others. We had a minor problem with a screen, Universal Windows came the next day to fix. Great service indeed. Only complaint, and this applies to all the sellers we spoke to in this industry, is the "haggling" for the price of the window....just give me your best price please

It was very easy working with Universal Windows. They answered all of our questions and didn't make us feel hurried or pressured to come to a decision. Everything they said they would do, they did, and in the time frame they promised. We are completely satisfied with the work they did.

We decided to get a new front door due to the aged look (we had two doors - side by side) and the leaky air around the front doors. This affected both our heating and air-conditioning bills. The salesman was very cordial and informative in presenting our options. The two installers were very professional and respectful of our property at time of installation. We love the new entrance to our home.

We had all the windows and 2 sliding glass doors replaced in our 1967 house which had its original windows. We replaced them all with new triple pane windows. LOVE them. The crew was so neat and so careful with their work. I cannot believe how efficient they were on the job. In and out, showing up exactly on time, no time wasted in smoke breaks :-) I HIGHLY recommend this company. I am a home owner with no ties to this company, so no reason to recommend them so highly other than they did an OUTSTANDING job. Well worth the price, which was not unreasonable. Great value for the money. Evrey time I drive up to my house now, I see those new windows in their pristine casings, and am so happy I had this done.

Every work man was very nice.All the windows were installed in 1 day and they cleaned up everything. t\They even hooked up my dryer.
