For the last few months, I’ve been looking through multiple sites to find the right shades for our family that were both functional and cosmetically appealing. I came across CWD (Jennifer) from Houzz and saw some of their work on the project links. The design and craftsmanship caught my attention so I decided to email Jennifer for an in-person consultation. Jennifer was quick to respond and was very transparent with the pricing and manufacturing process. She was very friendly and not pushy in any way. She presented so many different options and was very patient with all the requests I had. Within the week, Jennifer’s team was on site taking extremely detail-oriented measurements to fit the spacing that was available and the vision I had in mind. The manufacturing turnaround time was about 2 weeks, but we were expecting months considering all the custom details of the design! There was constant communication throughout the waiting period, and Jennifer was always quick to respond. On the day of installation, the installers laid out blankets on the floor and the shades were installed without any issues. The results was beyond what we expected. The details and the craftsmanship was simply amazing! Overall, I am beyond thankful that I found Jennifer from Houzz. Thank you so much CWD!
