Mr. Window Screen

I called Mr. Window Screen hoping that they would be able to build me a custom sliding screen door with a dog door installed in it after Lowe’s had messed up the one I ordered from them. Kyle quickly returned my call and set up a date to come to my house to look at my current sliding glass door and to also look at my dogs so that he could give an accurate assessment of which size dog door I’ll need. While he was here I also had him give me a quote on custom building a shade screen for an odd shape window in my room that lets in a lot of sun. Kyle’s quote was more than reasonable and I quickly hired him to create my door and window screen. These last few weeks had been a little hectic with rain so understandably installation days had to be rescheduled in order to ensure a successful installation of an undamaged product. What impressed me was Kyle’s professionalism in quickly rescheduling and getting the job done at the best time possible. Any time there was rain coming he alerted me ahead of time with a new installation date. My favorite thing about Mr. Window Screen is their attention to detail. The fact that Kyle wanted to look at my dogs to ensure that he was going to install the correct size dog door threw in to the top for me. It’s this bits of detail that separates Kyle and Mr. Window Screen apart from most places. The fact that he wanted to meet the dogs to get a sense of their size and also their energy level (to determine the strength of screen mesh I may need) really sold him in my book. If you are looking for any sort of screening done at your house or business, you can’t go wrong with Mr. Window Screen. I know you will be absolutely as impressed with their level of knowledge, ability, and professionalism as I was.

We originally hired Kyle Aezer (Mr. Window Screen) to install two hideaway screen doors. He did such an exceptional job, that we eventually hired him again to replace all the screens on our home. He gave us a bid. He showed up on time and finished the job on time. He was neat, methodical, and organized. We would hire Kyle again and have recommended him to all of our neighbors.
