Paid $1200 to have her bid the project and come up with a design. I already had CAD drawings made and an idea of what we were looking for. All we got were excuses after excuses as to why the project was hard for her to under stand. Her contractor came out but never followed up. I kept letting her know that her version of the new CAD drawings would not fit in our space, and her reply was that it will fit. Math is math, and if the design she had drawn is too tall or wide, it just plainly won't fit. After months of nothing and no follow ups, we feel like it was a complete waste of time and money. She isn't based in CA and doesn't have the staff to really go to each site and convey what the client is looking for. Maybe she is just too busy for the smaller $50k jobs. I wouldn't recommend '

I have enjoyed working with Valentini's Custom Wine Cellars for the past 20 years. They have worked on several projects where I needed their services on both custom homes and commercial projects. They have always provided a great service for my clients that knew nothing about wine cellars. They were very good at educating clients to achieve what the client really wanted. The racking systems are beautiful and vary in price depending on the type of racking system needed to meet the budget requirements. When a project of mine specifies a wine cellar, Valentini's is my go to.
