I cook on my Pro Tabletop Evo at least 4 nights per week. I built a custom wood cart for it to sit upon with plenty of granite counterspace and storage. It has become a true extension of my kitchen and I love the versatility. My grill is 8 years old and it still looks and performs like brand new. The cooksurface has held up amazingly well. All things considered, I believe this is one of the best appliances ever made. The quality, versatility, and performance are second to none.

The EVO is a fantastic compliment to our clients outdoor grilling stations. Easy to maintain and so versatile. my clients cook on it every chance they get and love it! A fun element to outdoor cooking. Only reason i did not give 5 stars is that the cover needs some re-design so it does not blow off in windy storms.

I put a 30" Evo Grill in my outdoor kitchen and use it 20:1 over my conventional grill. I love it! Reasons: 1) Browns to perfection 2) Small pieces (like shrimp and veggies) don't have any grates to fall through 3) Non-stick surface 4) Large cooking area 5) Easy to clean 6) Versatile 7) Conversation Piece! Notes: a) The Lid is Heavy (and Well made!) and is kind of awkward to lift and move. I am looking for a solution where I can attach some type of aesthetically appealing hoist or pulley to attach to the structure overhead to aid in lifting and securing the lid. b) The cooking surface is slightly convex so be careful with foods with lots of liquid as they will tend to run off the edge. Make sure you have the grill hot (at temperature) before trying to attempt scrambled eggs or you will be frantically trying to 'catch' the liquid to prevent it from escaping to the drip ring. Even with a hot grill this can be a challenge.

Can't tell you how much I recommend these grills/company. I bought two for my home (the electric model for my kitchen) and a larger gas one for my porch. I then purchased one for my mother, who loves it, and one for a restaurant I'm involved with to help grow our catering business (www.flatirononmain.com).
